30 Day Photography Challenge: Day One

Its Been a While

I hadn't realized how long it had been since I have been on this blog. I somewhere along the road lost my muse for everything. I don't even thing I have really even touched my camera during my time away. But that is all going to change. I have regained a bit of my drive and I am ready to let the creativity flow like it used to. 

As a started to this I have decided to start a 30 Day Photography Challenge. Just to restart my muse and get me back behind the Camera. I think it will be fun.. and I can't wait to share it with you guys. This is the list of the days. It was created by Whitepeachblog.

    

I've also recently gotten a Wacom Tablet. That I have been playing with. It is amazing and i am in love with it. But most of all it make retouching so much better. I have been practicing a lot. 

And lastly I am going to get back in to Digital Scrap booking. I was looking through my old posts and it just reminded me how much I loved it. It was a wonderful Creative outlet and since I just found a million and one pictures I didn't even know i still had. I have a lot of stock to work with. So that will be happening now. I threw something together quickly to see if I still had the touch. I would like to think that it proves that I do.. but you know.. its a matter of opinion. Plus I just wanted to do something cute with the cute picture of My Best Friend Katelyn and her son.

New Blog New Look

So I have been slacking on my blog. But there is a reason I didn't for get about it; I recently started school and life has been crazy. So my very productive intentions to post at least once a week flew out the window. But I have gotten under control and am dedicated to posting on entry a week; more if I have really good things happen in a day. So don't worry I am still here, and I have tons of new stuff to post later today... 'til then....

Warm Weather is here

So I am super excited that it is getting warmer out. Why is that you may ask well, warm weather means being able to comfortably shoot outside. If you haven't noticed from my pictures I love out side shoots. Mostly be cause that is what I have mainly worked with. Spring/Summer = Photo Goodness in my book, which makes me happy.

so I had a shoot with my friends' and their little boys. It was really fun; I got to run around after them on a hill. Small children and hills are very entertaining as long as no one gets hurt. The pictures turned out great to. I loved this shoot and hope to do more soon. Kids are just the cutest little things. Here are a few of the pictures that I took that day.

First off we have Precious, I love the colors. Crystal always has such fun kits to work with. I always love the colors she has in them. So I had tones of fun working with this one; and will continue to since it works well with all those lovey dovey pictures every one has. As well as just cute kid photos.

Then we have No Ordinary Love by Project B Designs; Another designer I am finding that I love almost everything she puts out. I will say when I fist saw the colors I was a little skeptical. Mostly because I am not a big fan of blue but then I started working with it and I fell in love. Isn't that how it usually go.
